Gordon remains hands-on in the business, helping guide client relationships, project standards and the company’s long-term direction.

Tony has been with Modern Roofing for around 18 years and is a familiar face to clients across Scotland, travelling between sites to keep projects moving, standards consistent and communication clear.
William Johnston
William supports the delivery of roofing projects across Scotland, helping coordinate site works, client requirements and day-to-day project standards.
Isobel Robertson
Isobel helps keep the office, yard, materials and deliveries moving, supporting the team behind the scenes and helping projects stay organised.
Hugh Speirs
Hugh Speirs, Gordon's son, is part of the next generation at Modern Roofing (Scotland) Ltd.
While Hugh continues to develop his academic and business training, we believe that has to be coupled with practical site experience before moving into more office-based responsibilities.
Spending time on site gives him a proper understanding of how roofing projects are delivered, how teams work and why standards matter.
